hall of fame
Taken on the July 1999 walking tour organized by Forgotten-NY's Kevin Walsh. The Hall of Fame is located on the grounds of Bronx Community Cllege in University Heights, atop the huge hill between University and Sedgwick Avenues, due west along East 181st Street from the Grand Concourse.

Three of my favorites are here. Dour, scholarly Woodrow Wilson above, the quintessentially taciturn John Quincy Adams to the left and old moneybags Alexander Hamilton, of $10 fame, without his wig to the right of JQA. Always liked Adams, one of my favorite presidents. He had those cool sideburns.
